Pump Service Checklist
- Jet wash, sanitise & clean all sumps, operating float switches & pumps
- Deep clean all sumps & pumps as standard
- Remove pumps for visual checks of impellors, seals and wear ( Where Necessary )
- Test & report all float automation of pumps & water alarms
- Swap automatic primary pump with secondary pump on dual pumping station for equal wear
- Perform electrical motor resistance tests of all pumps
- Perform electrical power load tests of all pumps
- Reset all service timers or service reminders
- Provide tutorial to customer what to do when alarms sounds.
- Log to e-service documents all service works undertaken
- Forward CRM ( customer relation management ) e-service document to customer
